Nollywood actress and producer Lola Alao clocks 52 yesterday, December 19th. The actress who hails from the Igbira part of Kogi state was born in 1970.

She started her acting career with a role in the Nigerian television show ripples. Lola Alao has starred in over 100 nollywood movies including ale ariwo, oku tee sin, oba asa and many others. She is also a movie producer and has produced over 30 movies.

Asides acting, Lola runs two non-governmental organizations; one in her daughters name, Damilola Ogunlana empowerment foundation and the other in her name, Lola Alao foundation. As of today, Lola Alao lives in Canada.
