In a recent interview with BBC News, the Aderonke, daughter of Nigerian actress Adenike Gboye Adekunle aka Iya Ibeji Omo Araye recounts a sad ordeal of how her mother is suffering from a stroke, memory loss, and how her brother died and she is the only one left to take care of her.

According to the daughter who identified herself as Aderonke, Adenike Gboye Adekunle, who is known for her roles in several Nigerian films, has been suffering from a stroke for a few years now and has been experiencing memory loss.

Aderonke explains the role of the family in his mother’s care and also mentions the help that actors like Foluke Daramola Salako have given them.

The daughter also revealed that her brother had passed away and she is now the only one left to take care of her mother.

She stated that she is doing her best to take care of her mother, but it has been a difficult and challenging task for her because she didn’t have a house and nobody is ready to rent a house for them due to her mother’s condition.

Aderonk seeks help to take care of her mother, as she is unable to do it alone. She has urged people to support her mother and help her in any way they can.
